These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to the use of the AiSexChat.com website ("Site"). By accessing and using the Site, you ("User") agree to comply with these Terms.

By registering on the Site, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as requested in the registration form.
If we believe the information is not true, accurate, current, or complete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site.
All personal information we collect from you in connection with the use of the Site is treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The information you provide will be used to enable the functioning of the Site, including the exchange of messages with the AiSexChat.com artificial intelligence.
You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately. We are not liable for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, with or without your knowledge.
By sending messages through our Site, you agree not to send messages that: Infringe any copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights of any party;
Are clearly offensive and/or promote racism, intolerance, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;Harass or advocate harassment of another person. You also have to keep in mind the presence of censorship, which is done automatically by checking certain keywords, either through AiSexChat.com or through API calls; you cannot always write what you want, especially if you are dealing with violence against women, children, and sexual activities on minors that are highly prosecuted by law.
The chat present on AiSexChat.com uses a link to an external paid API, so at the moment we cannot support ourselves using only banner ads. What we have managed to do, however, is to keep the prices very low and avoid strange monthly plans that allow fake infinite uses. We pay for your use of the service and it seems fair to do the same thing with our users, you only pay for what you use and the credit does not expire over time.
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site is the property of AiSexChat.com and is protected by intellectual property laws.
It should be kept in mind that artificial intelligence and its algorithms are constantly evolving, and AiSexChat.com using an external platform to process chat that is not programmed internally (using the API), it may happen, as time goes by, that we get different results when using chat. If strange instances are encountered where our characters respond unexpectedly, our staff will find a way to fix the problem as quickly as possible. AiSexChat.com is not responsible in cases where the problem is caused by the currently used API in case it radically changes its response algorithm.
AiSexChat.com reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms.
Your continued use of the Site after the posting of any changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
AiSexyChat sells a virtual service and not real physical goods, so refund practices would not be allowed. However, we are still willing to come to the rescue of those customers who are not comfortable with our service by following our own rules.
It must be kept in mind that as of March 6, 2020, PayPal does not refund fees to merchants in the case of refunds to customers, so in the case of a refund request AiSexyChat must recover about 3% of the amount spent by the customer plus the fixed cost of 0.35 euros, it must also recover the credits actually spent by the customer.
Remember that the service offered is paid for in turn by us and we cannot refund expenses that we actually incurred.
